What data we collect

When you submit your details for part-time roles, we collect:

• Contact details: full name and UK mobile phone.
• Age (to confirm role eligibility, e.g. 18+ roles).
• Marketing parameters you provide via the URL (e.g. UTM, GCLID).
• Technical metadata: timestamp, IP address, user-agent, referrer.

How we use your data

• To ring you back or text you about suitable local part-time roles.
• To verify eligibility (e.g. minimum age) and prevent spam/fraud.
• To attribute advertising and improve our service (aggregated analytics).

Lawful bases (UK GDPR)

• Legitimate interests — contacting you about roles after your request.
• Consent — where required for SMS/marketing; you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Lead records are kept for up to 12 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete sooner. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer without identifying you.

Sharing & transfers

We do not sell your data. We may share with trusted processors (e.g. hosting, analytics, telecom providers) under contracts and safeguards. Data may be processed outside the UK/EEA with appropriate protections (e.g. SCCs).

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent where relied upon.
